1. Introduction & Service Agreement

Welcome to Payanam 360 Travel Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Payanam 360", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our website payanam360.com, mobile application, or reserving any outstation taxi, hill station tour package, or resort stay, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

2. Taxi & Outstation Cab Bookings

• Fare Estimates: All taxi estimates generated on our platform are all-inclusive (covering base fare, distance, estimated fuel, tolls, state permit taxes, and driver bata) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Driver & Vehicle Allocation: Vehicle registration details and driver contact numbers are assigned and dispatched via SMS / WhatsApp 2 to 4 hours prior to departure.
• Ghat Road Safety: All mountain and hill station routes (Munnar, Ooty, Kodaikanal, Yercaud, Valparai, Coorg) are operated exclusively by hill-certified chauffeurs with verified commercial permits.
• Detours & Additional Distance: Any deviation from the booked itinerary or excess kilometer usage beyond package limits will be billed at the standard extra per-km rate specified during booking.

3. Tour Packages & Resort Stays

• Inclusions: Inclusions such as hotel breakfasts, sightseeing transfers, toll permits, and local guides are detailed in the respective package itinerary.
• Hotel Check-In Policy: Standard check-in time across hotels & resorts in South India is 12:00 PM / 2:00 PM, and check-out is 10:00 AM / 11:00 AM. Early check-in is subject to room availability.
• Valid Identity Proof: All passengers must carry original government-issued photo IDs (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) during check-in.

4. User Responsibilities & Code of Conduct

Passengers must refrain from smoking, consuming alcohol, or damaging vehicle upholstery during transit. Any damages caused to vehicles or hotel property will be billed directly to the primary passenger.

5. Limitation of Liability

Payanam 360 is not liable for travel delays caused by unforeseen natural calamities, landslides, severe weather conditions, road blockades, or government-mandated strikes. In such cases, alternate routes or rescheduled itineraries will be arranged on a best-effort basis.
